SORRENTO, Fla. – The James Madison women's golf team soared into a tie for first place in the second round of the Morehead State Citrus Spring Challenge on Monday at the Par 72, 6,152-yard RedTail Golf Club.
The Dukes entered the day in ninth place but surged up the leaderboard due in large part to another solid team performance. They sit gridlocked in first with Colonial Athletic Association foe Elon at 597 total strokes following two full rounds.
Elon boasts the top-two individuals in Kelsey Badmaev (-2, 1st) and Heather Munro (-1, T-2nd). Sophomore
