2012: Played in nine games on the offensive line, starting in four of them...Was part of an offense that ranked fourth in rushing offense in the CAA at 209.0 yards per game and 4.6 yards per rush... Blocked for Dae’Quan Scott, who ranked third in the CAA in rushing at 86.8 yards per game and earned Second Team All-CAA honors.
2011: Played in one game as a reserve on the offensive line, seeing action against Richmond.
2010: Retained the year of eligibility after redshirting.
High School: Starter at defensive end and tight end for Great Valley, graduating in 2010... Earned All-Chestmont American League Honorable Mention honors after posting 47 tackles as a senior, ranking fourth on the team... Was third on the team in sacks... Averaged a team-best more than 20 yards per reception and was second on the team in touchdown receptions... Named to the Honor Roll and High Honor Roll for four years and as the 2009 Outstanding Student Achiever and DiAntonio Character Awards.
Personal: Son of Larry and Becky Buchholz... Sports and recreation management major... Older brother Carl wrestled heavyweight at Rutgers, while grandfather played collegiate basketball at Rochester Institute of Technology.
