JMU Athletics is pleased to offer free live video streaming on MadiZONE HD SportsNet with coverage of many home sporting events along with select road contests made available via a shared arrangement with CAA.TV. Stream hosting services are provided by third-party company Stretch Internet and are made possible via a partnership with the JMU Alumni Association.

For timely customer support during an event broadcast, please use the Help tab (image below) within the MadiZONE player. Click on Submit Support Request in order to file your issue with Stretch customer service. A representative from Stretch will assist to diagnose the issue as quickly as possible during the event. More information about potential problems is also available within the Help tab.

Please note that MadiZONE broadcasts are best enjoyed via the Chrome or Firefox internet browsers or via Apple mobile products and may require strong connection speeds in order to enjoy the HD-quality presentation. Please make sure that your browser is updated to the most recent version available and also update your Adobe Flash software.
Viewers experiencing problems with playback can try the popout player, which will provide a viewing screen independent of the fully interactive portal screen (image below). This can sometimes bypass problems caused by the interactive viewer.
