Football Indefinitely Suspends Three Student-Athletes

Statement on the suspensions from JMU Head Football Coach Everett Withers:
Earlier today, I met with Jimmy Moreland, Rhakeem Stallings and K.J. Ford and informed them they were suspended indefinitely from the James Madison football program.
It is our responsibility as JMU Football coaches and mentors to provide an environment that promotes learning and growth and provides experiences that help each young man on our team become a better person in our society. We expect the members of our Football family to follow and obey the Core Values of our program.

We have found that these young men have broken parts of our Core Values. Therefore, we have suspended each of these young men from our team indefinitely. Their status as James Madison Football team members will be evaluated at a later date.
