There are no ATMs in Bridgeforth Stadium. The closest is located at the bus shelter near the entrance to the Godwin Transit Center.
Banners, posters, and signs are welcome inside any JMU athletic facility.

Still cameras are permitted for JMU football games. However, in no instance may photography interfere with access ways, aisles, or other guests' enjoyment of the game.
Video cameras are not permitted.
To further enhance the security screening process at Bridgeforth Stadium, JMU Athletics implemented a clear bag policy. Fans are asked to adhere to the policy by either leaving all prohibited, non-clear bags at home or in their vehicles, or by using the following guidelines:
Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to: non-clear purses, wallets or clutches larger than 4.5" x 6.5", coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.
Clear bags are on sale now at the JMU Bookstore.
Seat cushions and seat backs are permitted as long as they do not have pockets and are not in a carrying bag, are no wider than 18" and do not have armrests. Items needed for small children must be in a clear bag that meets the stated dimensions.
Concession stands open when gates open (90 minutes prior to the game) and are located throughout the stadium.
No outside food or beverage may be brought inside the stadium.
Bridgeforth Stadium and all athletic venues are cashless. Please have a credit/debit card or mobile pay option available.
Show your JMU Pride and represent our community the right way - with pride, fairness and respect. JMU does not tolerate taunting, insults or rude remarks of any kind directed towards players, officials, staff or other patrons at our events. Any inappropriate language, including racist, sexist, homophobic or transphobic speech, will not be tolerated by JMU Athletics or at JMU Athletics events. All Dukes are better than this.
In the event of severe weather or lightning, an announcement will be made over the public address system and evacuation information will be displayed on the videoboard. Guests will be directed to seek shelter in nearby campus buildings or their vehicle and retain your ticket.
When the stadium is cleared for re-entry, the announcement of re-entry will be made via the public address system, videoboard, and various online platforms (JMUSports.com, social media) as well as radio and applicable video outlets.
Emergency medical personnel are located at the first aid stations in the lower and upper concourses of the west grandstand. For assistance in an emergency situation, please contact a Public Safety Officer or an event staff member.
Ticket holders can use gates A, B, D, and E. Bridgeforth Stadium opens 90 minutes prior to game time.
The breezeway between Bridgeforth Stadium and Godwin Hall closes four hours prior to game time and reopens when the gates open.
Gate C is the designated student entrance.
JMU Football game programs will be available at for free at gates and the Guest Services booths while supplies last.
Guest can call or text 540-568-4381 beginning at 8am on game day to report any concern or issue in real time.
For any questions, concerns, or assistance, please visit one of the Guest Services booths in the Godwin breezeway or in the west grandstand lower and upper concourses.
Information regarding game day promotions and lost and found items will be available at the Guest Services booths during the game. Please contact (540) 568-8810, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. to locate a lost and found item following the game.
At Bridgeforth Stadium, we have identified two lactation locations accessible during events.
Lost and found items will be available for collection during the game at the Guest Services booths on the Upper and Lower Concourses, as well as behind the East Side Bleachers.

Officially licensed JMU merchandise is available for purchase at the Team Stores on the lower and upper concourses.
Metal detectors will be deployed outside of all stadium entrances. Anyone entering Bridgeforth Stadium is subject to screening before scanning their game tickets. For guests who are unable to utilize a walk-through metal detector, hand-held metal detectors will be used.
Please note that in most scenarios, patrons may leave their jacket, shoes and belt and keep keys, cell phone, and wallets in their pockets. Only large metal items must be removed.
Tailgating is permitted at 8am for all kickoff times 6pm or before. All kickoff times AFTER 6pm, tailgating is permitted to start at 12pm. Weeknight games will follow their own guidelines that will be shared closer to game day.
Vehicles, including those with reserved hangtags, left in a reserved lot after 6 a.m. are subject to towing.

Portable seat cushions are permitted provided they are no wider than 18 inches in width and do not have armrests. Any cushion not meeting this standard may not be used in Bridgeforth Stadium. JMU Athletics is aware of JMU-branded seat cushions at select retailers that DO NOT comply with this regulation. Please check yours before attempting to enter the venue.

JMU Recycling is asking for your support in keeping the parking lots, tailgating areas, and athletic facilities clean by recycling your aluminum cans. Recycling bins are strategically placed beside every trash can, so be looking for the recycling containers out there this year and "Get in the Game" RECYCLE!
Lost or misplaced tickets may be reprinted for the ticket holder of record only. A service fee is charged for reprinting tickets. Visit any ticket booth on game day for assistance.
Restroom facilities are located throughout the stadium. Family restrooms are located in the lower and upper courses of the west grandstand.

In accordance with University Policy 1111, smoking is not allowed in Bridgeforth Stadium. This includes smokeless varieties such as electronic cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vapor cigarettes.
Re-entry is not allowed in Bridgeforth Stadium.
Strollers may be dropped off at Guest Services in front of the Plecker Athletic Performance Center between Gate A and B. Strollers are left in this area at the owner's own risk and discretion.

Tailgating in reserved parking lots may begin at 8:00 a.m. for all kickoff times 6pm or before. All kickoff times AFTER 6pm, tailgating is permitted to start at 12pm. Tailgating must cease 2 hours after the end of the game. Tailgating in general parking lots will not be permitted until 4 hours prior to kickoff and must cease at game time. Tailgating is permitted directly behind your vehicle and cannot occupy additional parking spaces or impede traffic.
Open flames other than gas grills are NOT permitted. Grilling is not permitted in JMU parking decks. Charcoal grills, fire pits, and open flames are not permitted. State laws and University alcohol policies will be enforced on JMU property.
Secure your tailgate area before and during the game to protect your belongings. JMU will not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen items. Clean up your tailgating area to keep our campus clean and traffic areas safe for travel. Facilities Management will provide black trash bags for general waste and clear trash bags for recyclables. Leave the bags behind your car for pick-up.
Any violation of the tailgating policy may result in the immediate termination of tailgating privileges and/or legal action.
All persons ages 3 and older must present a ticket to enter Bridgeforth Stadium. Tickets, if available, may be purchased on game day at the Gate A, Gate B, or Gate C/D ticket booths which open two hours prior to kickoff.
Prior to an event, tickets may be purchased at the Athletic Ticket Office located inside the Atlantic Union Bank Center, Plaza Entrance, by calling (540) 568-3853, or online at JMUTickets.com. The Athletic Ticket Office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Patrons assume all risk for tickets purchased through sources other than the JMU Athletic Ticket Office.
