Video Board and PA Announcement Request
JMU Athletics is happy to help fans celebrate personal milestones at our athletic events! Please read the following submission guidelines for each category prior to completing your announcement request.
VIDEO BOARD 1 - FOOTBALL
BIRTHDAYS: Due to volume, we are only able to display the first and last name of the individual celebrating a birthday. Note: The individual's first and last name will appear on the video board during the first half of the specified game.
Submissions MUST be submitted at least five (5) business days prior to the game and JMU reserves the right to edit or refuse to display recognition.
Requests beyond these announcements may be available for purchase through JMU Sports Properties. A 15-second advertisement will cost $1000 and a maximum of two special announcements will be run per home game. Please contact JMU Sports Properties at 540-568-7279 or jordyn.vannes@jmusportsproperties.com to request more information. These special requests MUST be made a month (30 days) prior to the game date requested to provide time to process payment and create the graphic element.

Requests to utilize the video board with a personalize graphic to accompany the PA read is available for purchase through JMU Sports Properties. A 15-second advertisement will cost $250 and a maximum of two special announcements will be run per home game. Please contact JMU Sports Properties at 540-568-7279 or jordyn.vannes@jmusportsproperties.com to request more information. These special requests MUST be made a month (30 days) prior to the game date requested to provide time to process payment and create the graphic element.
PA ANNOUNCEMENT 1: BASEBALL, CROSS COUNTRY, FIELD HOCKEY, SOFTBALL, MEN'S TENNIS, WOMEN'S TENNIS
BIRTHDAYS/ANNIVERSARIES: Please include a short message with the couple's name and anniversary (example: "Happy 228th Anniversary, James and Dolley Madison")
Your message will be read by our PA Announcer during the first half of the specified game. Please note these venues do not have a video board to display messages.
