Reserved Parking
JMU is proud to offer reserved parking in the Ballard Parking Deck only steps away from the Plaza or Champions Entrances for each home basketball game. Access to all Spot Specific and Reserved parking will be available through the North Entrance only.
Spot Specific and Reserved parking is available starting two hours before tip-off and a print-ed pass must be presented at the North Entrance on game day.
Spot Specific Parking - Pass holders with Spot Specific parking are required to park in their designated numbered spot in the Ballard Parking Deck. Parking staff are available to help each vehicle find its proper parking space.
Reserved Parking - Pass holders with Reserved Parking may utilize any parking spot within the designated “Reserved Parking Begins Here” area of the Ballard Deck.
Spot Specific and Reserved parking pass holders should refer to the map and instructions located on their parking pass for more details.
General Parking
Parking for the General Public is also available in the Ballard Parking Deck beginning 2 hours before game time. General parking is free of charge, available on a first come basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
Access to all General Parking in the Ballard Parking Deck is available through the South Entrance only. General parking is also available in adjacent surface lots C12, D3, and R4.
Handicap Accessible Parking
Handicap accessible parking is available on all levels of the Ballard Parking Deck for vehicles with qualifying hangtag or license plate. Basketball Reserved Parking restrictions still apply to the North and South entrances to the Ballard Parking Deck. Guests entering the Ballard Parking deck may choose Handicap Accessible Parking on a first basis within their designated area.
Elevator access is available from each floor of the parking deck, adjacent to the handicap accessible parking on each ?oor.
