 This year marks the 36th annual JMU Athletics Duke Dog Reading Program, presented by the School of Professional & Continuing Education -- Youth Programs. The program is designed to encourage elementary school students in the surrounding community to get excited about reading! Students that achieve their assigned reading goals will earn special prizes from JMU Athletics and our partners.            For questions about the Duke Dog Reading Program, please contact:
                    Brandon Wimberly           wimberbj@jmu.edu             JMU Athletics       Student Reading Goals: Pre-K through Grade 3: Five (5) grade-level appropriate books Grade 4 & 5: Three (3) grade-level appropriate books Student Rewards: Basketball Tickets: Students who achieve their assigned reading goal will receive three (3) digital tickets for each game, which admit the student and two (2) additional guests to this season's Duke Dog Reading JMU Basketball Games:
