Dukes Shut Out #15 UNCW, 2-0

HARRISONBURG, Va. – First-half goals from senior Joe Vyner and sophomore Ben Dao lifts the James Madison men's soccer team over No. 15 UNCW, 2-0 on Saturday in Colonial Athletic Association play. After the win, the Dukes improve to 6-5-3 (3-1-2 CAA) and the Seahawks drop to 9-4 (4-2 CAA) on the season.

Inside the Box Score
JMU took seven shots with five on goal while the Seahawks took nine shots with three on goal. All three shots on goal were saved by redshirt freshman TJ Bush who improved to 4-3-2 on the season. There were a total of six yellow card with four of the cards belonging to UNCW. This win is the first win against a ranked opponent since 2015 and gives JMU its most wins since the 2014 campaign.
