Ticket Information Regarding the 2019 FCS Playoffs

In preparation of JMU's program-record sixth consecutive appearance in the FCS Playoffs, JMU Athletics has released information on dates, tickets and parking for potential home playoff games at Bridgeforth Stadium and is now accepting pre-orders for the second round.

Semifinals – Saturday, Dec. 21 - 6:30 p.m.
Duke Club Priority Deadline – Tuesday, Dec. 17 at 5 p.m.

FCS National Championship (Frisco, TX) - Saturday, Jan. 11
Duke Club Priority Deadline - Sunday, December 22 at 6 p.m.

How do I order tickets?
Pre-orders for the second-round home playoff game at JMU are onsale now. Ticket orders can be made at JMUTickets.com or by calling the JMU Athletics Ticket Office at 540-568-3853 (refer to office hours below).

Season-ticket holders will have the first right to their same seats if ordered by the Priority Deadline before each home game. Tickets will be delivered electronically and fans should plan to download or print their tickets in advance for scanning on game day. Orders may also be held for pickup at will call, but fans are encouraged to use electronic delivery for both tickets and parking passes.

I'm a season-ticket holder, how do I reserve my seats and parking?
Season-ticket holders are guaranteed their regular-season seat locations if they order by the priority deadline for each game. Ticket reservations can be made online at JMUTickets.com or by calling the Ticket Office at 540-568-3853 during office hours (see below).

Season-ticket holders can request additional seats beyond their season ticket quantity. Additional orders will be assigned by Duke Club priority points following the priority deadline. Tickets will be delivered electronically and fans should plan to download or print their tickets in advance for scanning on game day. Orders may also be held for pickup at will call, but fans are encouraged to use electronic delivery for both tickets and parking passes.

How will parking work for the playoffs?
Season-ticket holders who reserve their seats by the priority deadline will receive their same parking as the regular season. Parking will also be delivered electronically for playoff games. Current Duke Club donors who order single game tickets will receive a parking pass along with their ticket order.

Will there be a Duke Club Hospitality Tent?
The Duke Club hospitality tent will not be available during home playoff games. For questions or concerns please contact the Duke Club at 540-568-6461.

If I wasn't a season-ticket holder, can I order tickets?
Fans who did not have season tickets can also pre-order tickets for home playoff games following the November 24 selection show. Orders from fans without season tickets will be assigned seats following the priority deadline in order of Duke Club priority, then based on order date. Current Duke Club members will receive one parking pass with their order.

National Championship Game Tickets:
Tickets for the 2020 National Championship game in Frisco, Texas will be made available to current 2019 Duke Club Proud and True members on Monday, December 16 with a Priority Deadline of December 22 at 6:00 p.m. Orders are not guaranteed and will be assigned in order of Duke Club Priority points.

The order limits defined below will be in place for Championship Game ticket orders.
