COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - James Madison field hockey returned to the national rankings following the seventh week of play, coming in at No. 25 in the latest Penn Monto/ NFHCA Division I National Coaches Poll, the National Field Hockey Coaches Association announced Tuesday.

The Dukes have an overall record of 9-5 and a Colonial Athletics Association record of 4-0.

JMU made it back on to the poll after this past weekend's wins against then No. 20 Delaware (4-0) and Temple (2-0). Delaware remained in the rankings at No. 23.

Throughout the 14 games so far, JMU ranks 10th nationally in assists per game (2.71) and 13th in scoring margin (1.29). The Dukes have a total of six shutouts, ranking seventh in shutouts per game (,43)
