Volleyball Signs One to 2023 Class

HARRISONHURG, Va. – James Madison volleyball has signed outside hitter Olivia Vance to a National Letter of Intent, Head Coach Lauren Steinbrecher announced Wednesday.

Vance hails from Broken Arrow, Okla. and attends Bixby High School. Her accolades include First Team All-State, First Team All-Conference, Tulsa All-World Honorable Mention and Bixby Most Valuable Player.

"I don't know where to start with how excited we are to welcome Liv to our volleyball program," said Steinbrecher. "Liv is the complete package. She is a dynamic athlete, fierce competitor, and the type of person that can make anyone's day better. We are overjoyed to call her a Duke and we cannot wait to see her impact and growth at JMU!"

The outside hitter will start with the Dukes in the Fall of 2023.
