HARRISONBURG, Va. – Entering bowl season, James Madison is ranked #24 in the AP Top 25 and rounds out the US LBM Coaches Poll at #25.
JMU completed its second FBS regular season with an 11-1 overall record and 7-1 mark in Sun Belt Conference play to finish with the best overall record in the league and take home first place in the East Division for the second year in a row.
This is the seventh straight week JMU has been ranked in the AP Top 25, ranking as high as #18 back on Nov. 12. It's also the sixth time in seven weeks the Dukes have been in the top 25 by the coaches.
JMU will find out its bowl game date, location and opponent this afternoon.
