Promotional Schedule Unveiled for 2023 JMU Baseball Season

HARRISONBURG, Va. – James Madison Athletics has announced its full promotional schedule for the 2023 baseball season. The Dukes will host 27 regular-season home games this season at Eagle Field at Veterans Memorial Park as a new member of the Sun Belt Conference.

All JMU baseball games at Veterans Memorial Park are free admission!

Giveaways begin at the home opener on Tuesday, Feb. 21 against George Mason, with the 2023 team poster being available for fans, and continues over opening weekend as the Dukes will give away 2023 schedule magnets against Cornell.

Fans will also receive "Time to Rise" rally towels during the UMass Lowell series March 3-5, and JMU x Sun Belt koozies during the inaugural Sun Belt game against Coastal Carolina on March 17. On Sundays throughout the season, the Dukes will host promotions for kids.

Kids Run the Bases – Feb. 26, March 19, April 23
Postgame Autograph Session – March 5, April 2

JMU Baseball will also host several concessions deals for fans during the 2023 season.

$2 Small Popcorn – Feb. 21, 28, May 16
$2 Hot Dog – March 8, April 12

The 2023 season celebrates the 40^th anniversary of the 1983 JMU Baseball team reaching the College World Series! Alumni weekend is scheduled for March 31-April 2 against South Alabama.

Military Appreciation game is Tuesday, March 7 vs. VMI, and the Vs Cancer weekend is scheduled for April 21-23 vs. Louisiana. Faculty & Staff Appreciation Night, presented by CommonWealth One, is Friday, April 21 and the Royal Rivalry, presented by TowneBank, is May 12-14, with May 14 being Senior Night.
