HARRISONBURG, Va. - James Madison Lacrosse has signed seven incoming student-athletes to complete the class of 2030, Head Coach
Shelley Klaes announced on Wednesday.
The class is composed of four midfielders, two defenders, and a goalie. Six of JMU's signees come from the Mid-Atlantic region (Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York), with one native to the South (Georgia).
"We continue to attract gritty, coachable, competitive, and enthusiastic multi-sport athletes from all over the country with great families who appreciate our ability to develop individual and team talent; commit to a program and create an environment that will push their daughters beyond their expectations," said Head Coach
Shelley Klaes. "We are so excited for this graduating class; collectively, they are all able to help our program grow with the game and compete for championships in the American Conference and on the national level."
Â
The incoming Dukes will enroll at JMU in the fall of 2026 and begin play in the 2027 season.

She has a cannon of a shot and possesses the pace and precision to beat the goalie from distance, a skill the Dukes need.  Her stick skills are among the best in the class; paired with her vision and IQ, she could be an excellent option as the game continues to evolve."
