HARRISONBURG, Va. – The James Madison volleyball program has rolled out its schedule for the 2025 season, Head Coach
Lauren Steinbrecher announced on Friday morning. Â
The Dukes will play a total of 28 matches - 12 coming against non-conference opponents and 16 against Sun Belt Conference foes. Two schedule also features two matches against teams who finished ranked in the AVCA Coaches Poll and five who competed the Division I Women's Volleyball Championship.Â
"We're consistently looking to challenge ourselves and raise the standard of our program, which is why we've built a non-conference schedule with some high-level opponents," Steinbrecher said. "Our two home tournaments will showcase some incredibly competitive teams, and we're excited for our fans to pack the Convocation Center and support us. We're also thrilled about the opportunity to compete at Marquette and Florida Gulf Coast — both consistent NCAA Tournament programs that will test us early. The Sun Belt has established itself as one of the top volleyball conferences in the country, and we're eager to battle through that high level of competition each week as we push toward another NCAA Tournament appearance."
