James Madison Athletics Announces its Full Promotional Schedule for the 2025 Volleyball Season

HARRISONBURG, Va. – James Madison Athletics announced its full promotional schedule for the 2025 Volleyball season, presented by LD&B and Erie Insurance. The Dukes will host 14 regular-season matches in the Convocation Center in their fourth season as a member of the Sun Belt Conference.

The promotional schedule starts on Sept. 5-7, as JMU hosts Bellarmine, Princeton, and Lehigh in the LD&B Insurance Invitational. Fans, arrive early before each JMU match for a chance to receive a free JMU Volleyball schedule magnet and poster! Students, make sure you're in attendance for the Dukes' match against Princeton to snag a free JMU Volleyball rally towel while supplies last.

Fans, mark your calendars for the Erie Insurance Invitational, which will take place Sept. 19-21 and feature UT Rio Grande Valley, Delaware State, and William & Mary. Early arriving fans at each JMU match will have a chance to receive a free JMU Volleyball hand ﬂag while supplies last. Students, your second chance to walk away with a free JMU Volleyball rally towel is during pre-game of Saturday's match against Delaware State! Fans, an early opportunity to get a free Family Weekend T-shirt is during pre-game of Sunday's matchup against William & Mary – limited quantities available. JMU is proud to host the ﬁrst match of the Georgia State series during Hilinski's Hope Week. Attend the match to join the Dukes' mission of spreading student-athlete mental health awareness. Rally around the Volleyball Dukes with a free Mental Health Awareness rally towel that will be available for all fans while supplies last. The second match on Saturday is Faculty and Staff Appreciation presented by Commonwealth One. The 2025 Most Valuable Professors, who are player-nominated, will be recognized at Saturday's match!

All our heroes, both at home and abroad, are strongly encouraged to attend the Heroes Happy Hour series, Oct. 9-10, against Marshall. Thursday's match is First Responders Appreciation, and Friday's match is Military Appreciation. Both matches will feature special recognitions and JMU Volleyball Thank-You Cards for our heroes in attendance. There will be free JMU bottle openers while supplies last.

Calling all youth teams and organizations for Kids Takeover Weekend at JMU Volleyball on Oct. 24-25, the series against Georgia Southern. Arrive early for both matches to receive a JMU Friendship Bracelet while supplies last. The series also features yard games, coloring sheets, a poster-making station, and opportunities for junior Dukes to join the Volleyball Dukes on the court during player introductions! The promotional schedule concludes on the Texas State series, Nov. 13-14. The ﬁrst match marks Throwback Thursday, featuring a callback to early 2000's through a JMU Light-up Yoyo giveaway coupled with a themed poster giveaway. JMU will be recognizing the season-long support of JMU Nation on the ﬁnal home regular-season match, Friday's Fan Appreciation Night. The match features JMU Beanies and Totes available for all fans while supplies last.

James Madison Athletics will continue cashless operations for all home athletics competitions. The cashless operations apply to stadium ticketing operations as well as all concessions, which are operated by campus dining vendor, JMU Dining, and stadium bookstore merchandise sales, which are managed by Follett. Fans looking to make purchases at any JMU Athletics events will need to have a debit or credit card accessible. Concessions and the Team Stores will accept all versions of mobile pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay). Reverse ATM's will not be offered at any venues. Fans are encouraged to make sure they have a debit or credit card available prior to entry.
