HARRISONBURG, Va. – James Madison Head Coach
Tyson Thomas announced the addition of Niki Tomeljak to the women's tennis program, as she signed an aid agreement to join the Dukes in 2026-27.
Tomeljak is a multi-time national doubles champion from Zagreb, Croatia and has ranked as high as #2 in the Croatian national rankings for U18.
"We are very excited to be adding Niki to our team next fall," Thomas said. "She is an incredible person from a great family with an amazing support system. After seeing her play, it was immediately clear that with her size, athleticism and ball striking she has only begun to scratch the surface on her tennis level. We can't wait to get to work with her and are sure she will have a wonderful career at JMU!"
