ATLANTA – Georgia State scored 10 consecutive runs to come from behind for a series opening win, as James Madison baseball fell, 10-5, on Friday night at the GSU Baseball Complex.

The Dukes fell to 16-16 overall and 6-7 in Sun Belt Conference action, while the Panthers improved to 16-19 (4-9 Sun Belt).

Reece Moody led the Dukes at the plate, both going 2-for-4. Anderson added a pair of runs scored.

Josiah Seguin for the team lead in home runs, hitting a two-run homer to give JMU a 3-0 lead.

For the sixth time this season, the Dukes homered at least three times as junior
Kyle Langley smashed a two-run homer over the right field wall for a 5-0 Dukes lead.

The Panthers got on the board for the first time in the home half of the inning, closing the deficit to one run as they plated four runs.

A bunt single with runners on the corners scored a run for GSU to tie the game at five.
