HARRISONBURG, Va. – James Madison Head Coach
Steve Secord announced the addition of Ethan Boswell to the men's tennis program, as he'll join the Dukes for the 2026-27 season.

Boswell will have a minimum of two years of eligibility remaining after spending his first year at Prairie View A&M while competing last fall at Howard.

"Ethan has experience at the Division I level, is a great student and wants to work hard and get better every day," Secord said. "He is taking a class on campus this summer, and I look forward to working with him on court. Go Dukes!"

- Transferred from Howard (Fall 2025) and Prairie View A&M (2024-25)
- Competed at the top of the lineup for PVAMU as a true freshman
- Went 2-2 last fall for Howard, which included 1-1 record at ITA Atlantic Regionals
- ITA All-Academic Team

He joins Gardner-Webb transfer Kaua Cressoni (Sao Paulo, Brazil) and incoming freshman Theodor Lorentzon (Stockholm, Sweden) on the list of JMU's newcomers for the upcoming year.
