Lacrosse Unveils 2026 Fall Schedule

HARRISONBURG, Va. – James Madison lacrosse Head Coach Shelley Klaes announced the Dukes' 2026 fall schedule, consisting of an inter-squad scrimmage, three play days and one single matchup.
The Dukes will begin their fall slate with their annual purple & gold scrimmage at Sentara Park on Friday, Sep. 25.
JMU will open its play day lineup on Sunday, Oct. 4, with the annual JMU Play Day, when the Dukes will host VCU and Virginia Tech beginning at 10 a.m.
Two weeks later, on Saturday, Oct. 17, JMU will travel to Lewis, Delaware, for the UD Play Day, taking on Delaware, Penn State, and Army. JMU's last play day of the fall is the Maryland Play Day on Sunday, Oct. 25, when the Dukes will match up with Temple, San Diego State, and Maryland.
The Dukes will close their fall slate with a five-quarter game against Virginia at Sentara Park on Friday, Oct. 30, at 7 p.m.
JMU will announce its 2027 regular season schedule later in the fall.
