As a senior:
- JMU Athletic Director Scholar-Athlete
- Finished the season with a 7.84 ERA and ended his career at JMU with a 5-1 record
- Had one strikeout and gave up only two hits in three innings pitched against #12 Coastal Carolina
- Had three strikeouts in one inning against Longwood
- Recorded five outs with one single allowed in Sunday's shutout of Towson
- 1 2/3 scoreless innings as JMU rallied for 6-2 win over Maryland
- One scoreless inning in win over VMI
- First 2010 win in JMU's win at Longwood, allowing one run on five hits in 4 1/3 innings
- Retired only batter faced at Radford
- One scoreless inning of relief in senior night win over Delaware.
As a junior:
- Made JMU career debut as an outfielder against Southern Illinois
- Made pitching debut and recorded first career victory in a win over Liberty by going six innings and allowing five hits on two runs, one earned, and walking two hitters
- Earned win over Lafayette by throwing 2 1/3 innings and allowing two earned runs on three hits while walking one and striking out one
- Four strikeouts at Mt. St. Mary's
- Threw five shutout innings with a season-high six strikeouts against George Washington
- Started and threw five innings to earn a win against Maryland
- Allowed one run in two innings of relief at George Washington
- Played both ways for the Winter Park Diamond Dawgs in the Florida Collegiate Baseball League
- On the mound, he went 1-1 with a 5.17 ERA in 15 2/3 innings
- Offensively, he his .238 in 21 at bats with two doubles.
Before JMU:
- Played for Rob Frasca and the St. Cloud Bulldogs
- Runner-up in the Westminster Classic spring break tournament in 2005
- Started on varsity as a freshman and named rookie of the year
- First-team all-district and all-conference all four years
- Three-time team MVP
- Three-time team pitcher of the year
- As a senior named third-team all state
- Named to the Central Florida All-Star team
- Began collegiate career at Polk Community College in Florida
- Hit .321 with .424 on-base percentage as a sophomore in 2008
- Added nine doubles, 24 RBIs, 23 walks, and a team-leading 14 steals
- 2-2 on the mound with a team-best 2.32 ERA in 31 innings.

What do you want to do after college?
I want to play pro ball, but if that doesn't work out I want to own an ATV business with my friend back home
What activities or hobbies do you enjoy other than baseball?
Fishing, playing paintball, lifting weights, hanging out with friends, playing other sports

Ken Griffey Jr.; Chipper Jones
What was your greatest baseball moment pre-college?
The very first high school hit my freshman year.
What influenced you the most in your decision to play baseball?
My dad, he got me started and taught me discipline and leadership
Do you have any superstitions when you're on the field or in the dugout?
I don't step on the foul lines
What is one thing you would change about baseball?
I would make every hitter use wood bats
