JMU Football Tailgate Request Form
This is a request form for an official tailgate at a JMU home football game. You have the opportunity to bring family and friends together as you root on the Dukes! Official tailgate packages and options are listed below. Official tailgates are typically for medium to large groups and offer a private fenced in area with tent, tables, chairs, and options for it to be fully catered. Our tailgates are currently hosted on grass on our Hillside or Hanson fields. We offer 4 parking passes for our 20x20 tent tailgates and 6 for our 40x60 tent tailgates. These passes would be included in the package and offer parking on the grass fields near your tailgate to allow your party planners or VIP's easy access to your event.
Once your form is submitted one of our representatives will reach out in order to discuss your request further. Space is limited and not all requests will be fulfilled. By filling out this form your space is not guaranteed until approved by JMU Athletics and a user agreement is completed and signed. Tailgate prices range and are subject to change. An estimate will be provided at the time of the signed agreement and then a final invoice will be sent after the event is completed. We will require 50% of the the estimate to be paid at least one month before the event and the final payment will be made after the event is finished.
