Schedule
The JMU Student-Athlete Leadership Development Career Fair is a one-day event. The registration fee covers your reserved spot in the fair, one table, two chairs, one tablecloth, complimentary JMU Dukes LEAD item, one parking pass, and access to our Employer Reception with appetizers before the fair. JMU student-athletes from all 18 varsity sports (450 student-athletes) have been invited and encouraged to attend.
- 3:30pm – 5:00pm: Arrive at Champions Deck Parking Garage (4th floor) to set up and enjoy appetizers
- 5:00pm – 8:00pm: Career Fair
Interviews are not a formal part of the Career Fair schedule but you are invited to use an open athletics suite in Bridgeforth Stadium if you meet a candidate that day that you’d like to learn more about. See Meredith Crawford or Cassidy Clements if you’d like to utilize this day-of.
Registration
DEADLINES:
- Registration Opens:Â March 13, 2019
- Registration Closes: When all spaces have been reserved.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations received after April 1, 2019
- If the event is canceled by James Madison University due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
- Please submit payment within 15 days of completing the registration process*

Traveling, Parking and Accommodations
The event will be held in the Club Level of Bridgeforth Stadium at 251 Bluestone Drive, 22807.Â

Unloading and Parking
Arrive at Champions Parking Garage (parking deck connected to Bridgeforth Stadium) and drive up to the 4th floor to unload your materials in the Club Level. When unloading, you will receive a parking permit to hang in your car so you do not receive a ticket. You will have access to park in a designated lot during the remainder of the day.

If JMU should be closed that day, we will have no choice but to cancel the fair (you will receive an email confirming this).
