Entry Fee: $1000 per team, per gender - must register on Direct Athletics. All entries are paid on Direct Athletics - 13 or fewer entries $60 per athlete fee. Unattached $60

ENTRY LIMITS: Unlimited entries in running events. For now, limit of four per field event. Contact Delethea Quarles (quarledd@jmu.edu) if you are interested in entering more than four and we will be glad to add if we have room to accommodate.

SEEDING/FORMAT: Running events will be sections against time and seeded fastest to slowest. The field events will have three throws or jumps and seeded by entry mark. The top nine will get three more attempts in the finals in accordance with NCAA rules, Competitors must have a legal mark in the first three attempts to get the other three attempts. Â

OPENING HEIGHTS: TBD by entries.

CHECK- IN*: All athletes in running events must check-in with the clerk at the event 20 minutes prior to start. Field event athletes must check-in with the event officials 20 min prior to the start of the event. *Subject to change based on entries.

WARM UP AREA: Warm-ups will not be allowed on the infield. Warm-ups will be permitted on the field located on the track in the team tent area. Blocks and Hurdles will be provided.

TENTS: Tents will be allowed in the team warm up area only. Water lines will be marked to prevent staking. No tents will be allowed in the grandstands.

SCORING: This is a non-scored meet.

RESULTS: Results will be available online at results.adkinstrak.com.

BROADCAST: The meet will be streamed via ESPN+.

WEIGH-INS: Athletes are expected to provide their own implements. Implements will be inspected and weighed for NCAA compliance prior to competition. Weigh-in will open 8 a.m.-12 p.m. for all implements.

MEDICAL: Our athletic training staff will be on site.

PARKING: Parking will be available in U5 lot for cars and vans only. Buses will be restricted to lot U4 for parking and team drop off. Please see parking attachment.
