Former James Madison forward Ivan Lukic has joined the JMU Men’s Basketball staff as a graduate assistant for the 2018-19 season, as announced by Head Coach Louis Rowe on Wednesday, Sept. 5.
Lukic returns to Harrisonburg a year after graduating from JMU and closing a four-year career with the Dukes that saw him appear in 90 contests. Lukic drastically improved as a senior under Rowe, setting new career highs in every statistical category and helping marshal the Dukes’ defense in their first season under new leadership.
Lukic will assist with game scout duties and game day preparation, while coordinating much of the team’s in-depth statistical analysis.
