High school and club: NSCAA All-America first team as a senior. All-Eastern Region first team as a junior and senior. Three-time all-state first team. Four-time All-Western New York first team. Five-time All-Niagara Frontier League (first team four times, second team once). Team captain as a junior and senior. Team MVP as a sophomore, junior and senior. Her career totals of 168 goals and 107 assists are school records and rank sixth in N.Y. in scoring for schools of all classifications. School's female Athlete of the Year as a senior. In her five years on the team, the Vikings compiled a 99-9-9 record, won five Far West Region and league championships and were state semifinalists four times (2002-05). Her Rochester Jr. Rhinos club team was State Cup champion 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005 and State Cup semifinalist 2003. Olympic Development Program state team 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, region ODP team 2005 and trained with region pool 2002. Played on gold medalist Western team in Empire State Games 2003 and 2004 . New York Scholar Athlete five years for soccer, four years for basketball and once for softball. National Honor Society member.
