Erin Wilkinson serves as JMU Assistant A.D. for Data and Analytics, where she leads the department’s revenue analytics efforts through forecasting, pricing strategy, and campaign planning to maximize financial performance. She provides actionable insights through strategic reporting, data visualization, and KPI frameworks while overseeing JMU Athletics’ data infrastructure, pipelines, and integration. Wilkinson also manages revenue reconciliation and collaborates across departments to advance analytics initiatives and long-term data strategy.
Previously, Wilkinson served as JMU Athletics’ Director of Strategic Revenues from August 2022 through January 2026, where she increased ticket revenue through pricing models and predictive analytics, developed forecasting models to identify revenue opportunities, and automated audit processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Before joining JMU Athletics, Wilkinson spent six years as a high school mathematics teacher in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County, teaching courses ranging from Algebra I through AP Calculus. She also briefly coached high school tennis.
Wilkinson graduated with honors from Eastern Mennonite University in 2016 with a degree in Mathematics and Secondary Education. She earned her MBA in Innovation from James Madison University in 2022 and completed a Master’s in Decision Analytics from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2024.
Originally from Northwest Ohio, Wilkinson and her husband, Luke, reside in the Harrisonburg area and are expecting their first child in April 2026. In her free time, she enjoys running, baking, sewing, and spending time with family.
