Faith Buck is now in her second year serving as the Director of Sports Nutrition.Â
She arrived at JMU in 2021 as a Sports Nutrition Intern, became a Sports Nutrition Assistant working with volleyball in 2022, became the Assistant Director in 2023 prior to her starting her current role of Director of Sports Nutrition in 2024. Â
Buck currently oversees the entire Sports Nutrition Department and works directly with all of the Olympic Sport teams in the Convocation Center. Buck previously spent time as a clinical and outpatient RD at Sentara RMH prior to coming to JMU.Â
Buck received a bachelor's degree from Penn State in 2014 in Nutritional Sciences before becoming a registered dietitian.
