Donation Request Form

James Madison University athletic department is proud to work with many worthwhile causes and events. JMU strives to accommodate all requests from charities or non-profits when feasible. Please follow the guidelines below that have been established to make the process easy and timely:

Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days to process your donation request
You will be contacted by phone or mail regarding your request's approval

Please note: NCAA rules do not permit prospect aged individuals (those in 9^th-12^th grade) to benefit from donations. Therefore, any donation request that will benefit a prospect aged individual directly or indirectly will be denied. Further, we are only facilitating donation requests for bona fide charities or 501c3 non-profits.
