HARRISONBURG, Va., March 12, 2008 -- Number 14 (Inside Lacrosse) James Madison defeated Virginia Tech 12-8 in women's lacrosse Wednesday evening at the JMU Lacrosse Complex.
The Dukes got their second win on the season in the team's second home game of the year. JMU's record now stands at 2-3, while Virginia Tech dropped to 2-6.
Each team score two goals in the opening 1:51. The 2-2 tie was broken at 8:12 into the half with a goal by JMU freshman Mary-Kate Lomady (Abington
