HARRISONBURG, Va. - James Madison University football will hold tryouts for walk-ons at Bridgeforth Stadium, on Feb. 24 starting at 5 p.m.

For those interested in trying out, you must see Scott Cook, head athletic trainer for football, in the Plecker Athletic Performance Center, Room 110A to fill out paperwork by Feb. 18. Additionally, all interested parties must have a physical and have a sickle-cell test scheduled with Mr. Cook by Feb. 18. If this is not completed by that date, then walk-ons will not be able to try out.

Additionally, all walk-ons must provide proof of a 2.5 cumulative grade point average at JMU to make the team for the fall.
