CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – The James Madison diving team completed day one of the three-day Nike Cup Thursday evening.
Junior
Olivia Lehman finished atop the leaderboards for the Dukes in the 3-meter, earning fifth place out of 37 divers in the preliminaries with a score of 276.55 points, advancing to the finals. She took sixth in the Final A competition with 298.00 points.
In the morning preliminaries, senior
Carly Alexander took 24th in the 3-meter with 217.10 followed by sophomore
Vivian Ross in 37th with 152.70.
JMU will return to action tomorrow, Friday, Nov.20 to compete in day two of the Nike Cup.
