CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The James Madison swimming team tallied six top-five finishes in just four events as the Dukes wrapped up their regular season with the second and final day of the Carolina College Cup on Sunday afternoon.

Sophomore
Nina Tremols, who posted a pair of top-three finishes in Saturday's evening session, kept her momentum going with a 2:01.46 in the 200 backstroke, good for fourth place to open the final session.

After taking second place in Saturday morning's 50 freestyle, freshman
Katie Barney completed her stellar sprint weekend with another runner-up honor, this time with a 51.97 in the 100 freestyle to pace the 11 Dukes who qualified for the 16-person finals.

Camilla Czulada (52.43) and freshman
Megan Charnovich (53.11) each tallied top-five finishes in the event, taking fourth and fifth, respectively, while junior
Carli Molano (53.12) and freshman
Quinn MacMillan (53.21) were just behind in sixth and seventh. Sophomore
Shannon Harper (53.36) and freshman
Katie Parker (53.62) rounded out the top 10 in ninth and 10th, respectively.

Maddy Murphy, the Dukes' lone representative in the 200 breaststroke finals, clocked a 2:19.55 to take home fourth place, while freshman
Brianna DiSilvestro touched the wall in 2:06.53 to finish third in the 200 butterfly.

The weekend's action marked the last for the Dukes until the Colonial Athletic Association Championships. The diving portion of the championships will be held in Newark, Del. on Feb. 21-22, while the swimming events will be contested the following week, Feb. 25-28, in Richmond, Va.
