HARRISONBURG, Va. – Top-seeded James Madison tied a Division I program record with five interceptions and senior quarterback Bryan Schor threw a pair of touchdown passes, as the Dukes advanced to the quarterfinal round of the NCAA FCS Playoffs with a 26-7 victory against 10th-ranked Stony Brook on Saturday afternoon at Bridgeforth Stadium/Zane Showker Field.

The Dukes improved to 12-0 on the season to extend their NCAA Division I-leading win streak to 24 straight games, while the Seawolves saw their season end at 10-3, which matched their highest win total in school history.

JMU will face the winner of No. 8 Southern Utah and 11th-ranked Weber State next Friday or Saturday. ESPN will determine the date and time of kickoff following the SUU-WSU game.

Redshirt senior receiver Terrence Alls hauled in a career high 10 receptions for 94 yards and a touchdown. His performance marked the first time in over 13 years a JMU player has had double-digit receptions. D.D. Boxley snatched 11 on Oct. 16, 2004 at Maine.
Schor was 26-of-35 for 255 yards and two touchdowns in the win. He moved into first place all-time at JMU in career completions, which now stands at 506. He surpassed Justin Rascati (487) after starting the game 10-for-10 through the air.
JMU's defense tied a postseason record, holding Stony Brook to just seven points. That matched the 2016 FCS quarterfinal total when the Dukes rolled Sam Houston State 65-7. It was a season-low scoring output for the Seawolves, as they hadn't tallied less than 17 in a single game all year.
The Dukes matched a program record at the Division I level, tallying five interceptions. The takeaways came from five separate defensive backs, marking the first time in school history five different players had an interception.
Stony Brook quarterback Joe Carbone had entered Saturday's second round with only three interceptions this year before his five-interception afternoon. He was 15-of-36 for 207 yards and a score.
Redshirt senior safety Raven Greene capped off JMU's five-interception day on defense, as he reeled in his 13th career interception to tie the program record for most in history. Redshirt senior safety Jordan Brown picked up his seventh interception of the year, tying him for first place in the FCS in 2017. Just behind Brown is junior corner Rashad Robinson, who produced his sixth interception of the year.

BALL HAWKS
The JMU defense tied a program record at the Division I level in the playoff win over Stony Brook, with five interceptions. The Dukes last had five picks in 2016 against Rhode Island. Prior to today, SBU's Carbone had just thrown three picks all year. The five interceptions bested JMU's four interceptions it had at William & Mary on Oct. 21. JMU's five takeaways led to 13 points off turnovers and the first of two fourth-quarter interceptions helped to end a SBU drive early in the fourth deep in JMU territory.

TOP HOME PLAYOFF ATTENDANCE

JMU saw a game attendance of 16,449, which was the most in Bridgeforth Stadium postseason history.
It surpassed the 2008 playoff semifinal attendance of 15,976 against Montana.
JMU has brought in over 15,000 spectators in three of its last four home playoff games.

Bryan Schor set his second JMU career record on Saturday after completing 26 receptions. He surpassed Justin Rascati for first all-time in career completions, as he now has 506. Schor had most everyone involved on the offensive side of the ball, finding eight different receivers. His top target, Terrence Alls, made 10 of JMU's 26 grabs in the win. His 26 completions was tied for eighth in JMU single-game history.
