HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. – In a crucial Colonial Athletic Association match, the James Madison men's soccer team tallied three more points after defeating Hofstra 2-0 on Saturday night. The Dukes improve to 8-3-2 overall and 6-1 in the CAA while the Pride falls to 6-5-2 and 3-2-1.Â

With the win, JMU remains at the top of the CAA standings with 18 points from six conference victories while UNCW and Hofstra follow with 13 and 10 points, respectively.Â
