LYNCHBURG, Va. – James Madison women's tennis concluded their run through the ITA Mid-Atlantic Regional following a rain-soaked third day of competition.
Senior
Abby Amos bounced back after a loss yesterday, cruising past Penn State's Shannon Hanley in straight sets (6-1, 6-2) to finish the weekend with a 3-1 mark in singles play. Amos now sits with a fall singles record of 8-3.
Freshman
Daniela Voloh picked up her seventh singles victory of the fall after battling past Liberty's Grace Hashiguchi in three sets, claiming the third-set super tie-break 10-8. Voloh improved her fall singles tally to 7-3 following a 2-1 weekend.
