-JMU made it to the Quarterfinals back-to-back years in 1994 and 1995.
-The Dukes are one shutout shy of tying a season record of 14 shutouts which was set in 1988 and tied in 1993.
QUOTING HEAD COACH PAUL ZAZENSKI
"It was an amazing result for us to be able to advance to the Elite Eight. We have had the mindset all year to defend first and that's what we did. TJ and the backline played phenomenally and we put three goals in. I couldn't be prouder of this group and the senior leadership from our guys to grind this out. On to the next!"
