The Dukes are set to host College of Charleston on Thursday at 7 p.m.
On Tuesday, JMU defeated UNCW, 62-61 for its fourth consecutive home win.
Freshman Matt Lewis finished the game with 16 points, four rebounds and an assist, while fellow freshman Darius Banks added 16 of his own alongside three boards, a pair of steals and an assist across just 22 minutes.
Senior Ramone Snowden grabbed a career-high 10 rebounds to go along with seven points, two assists and two steals.
This is the 12th-ever matchup in the all-time series between the Dukes and Charleston, with the Cougars holding the series lead, 7-4.
In the two teams' last bout, JMU lost the defensive battle, 66-59 in Charleston on Jan. 27.
On Saturday, the Cougars cruised past Drexel for an 89-67 homecoming win to extend its home win streak to 15 games and its overall win streak to eight games.
Against the Dragons, junior Jarrell Brantley dropped 30 points and fellow junior Nick Harris posted 21 points, both of which are career highs. Sophomore Grant Riller added 16 of his own in the contest.
