QUOTING HEAD COACH PAUL ZAZENSKIÂ
"We started a little slow and it took us some time to get into a rhythm, but I think the reason we won the game was our depth. We have a ton of guys who can come in and contribute at a very high level. I thought our back line played really well tonight, only having four shots with two on frame, so for a 90-minute match we are going to look to them to provide that leadership for our team."
Â
"Overall, I thought it was a good team win and we have to reset very quickly against an NCAA tournament team in Air Force who is coming off a loss so we know it will be a tough test on Sunday."
Â
UP NEXT
The Dukes will face Air Force in the final game of the Fairfield Inn by Marriott JMU Invitational on Sunday, Aug. 26 at 7 p.m. at Sentara Park.
