- James Madison will play its final game of the 2019 calendar year when the Dukes welcome Robert Morris to the Convocation Center on Sunday at 2 p.m. The game will serve as both teams' non-conference finale.
- In its last contest, JMU led wire-to-wire in a dominate 69-50 win over George Washington on Dec. 20.
- Senior Kamiah Smalls and freshman Kiki Jefferson earned Colonial Athletic Association Player and Rookie of the Week, respectively. The honor marks the third occurrance for both Smalls and Jefferson.Â

- In its last contest, Robert Morris slipped past Norfolk State with a 69-62 overtime win in Virginia on Dec. 18.
- In the game, Nneka Ezeigbo and Honoka Ikematsu led the way 15 points apiece. Ezeigbo also had nine rebounds, four blocks and three steals. Isabella Posset chipped in 14 and Nina Augustin dropped 13 points.
- On the season, Ezeigbo leads the team in points (147), points per game (14.7), rebounds (87), rebounds per game (8.7), blocks (11) and blocks per game (1.1). Augustin drops 9.1 points and 4.3 assists per game.
- Sunday's contest will be the sixth-ever meeting between the Dukes and RMU with JMU holding an 5-0 lead.Â
- JMU is 3-0 when at home including a 30-point win in the last contest in Harrisonburg (78-48, 12/14/97).
- In the last meeting on Dec. 30, 2018, James Madison cruised to a 59-36 win in Moon Township.
