WHAT COACH IKE HAD TO SAY
"We were one big hit away from blowing it open tonight. We talk about it a lot, two strike, two out hits are what wins ballgames and we didn't get them tonight. I told the guys that we have to come out tomorrow and be aggressive. We have to play our style of baseball, but be aggressive. I thought we were passive at times at the plate when we needed to be aggressive. If you shoot the ball the opposite way here or there we win that game."
