HARRISONBURG, Va. – James Madison women's tennis secured an undefeated record in Colonial Athletic Association play Saturday afternoon with a 7-0 victory against the College of Charleston on Senior Day.

The Dukes concluded the regular season with an 11-3 overall record and perfect 5-0 mark in CAA matches, while the Cougars dropped to 9-11 and 1-2.

The match was the final home outing for JMU's two seniors,
Alexis Franco and
Jona Roka, who both collected wins in both singles and doubles play.

Franco started the day with a 6-3 win with doubles partner
Daria Afanasyeva, which clinched the doubles point for JMU. She followed that up with a dominant win on court five, taking down Clara Errard by scores of 6-1, 6-1, which put JMU up 3-0 at that point.

Roka concluded her illustrious career at Hillside with a dominant win and a thrilling victory. She first took a 6-1 triumph alongside
Kylie Moulin in doubles play before rallying past Slade Coetzee on court two in her final home singles match. After dropping a first-set tiebreak and trailing 7-4 in the super tiebreaker, Roka completed the comeback with a 6-7(6), 6-2, 1-0(7) win.

After JMU took a 1-0 lead with its two doubles triumphs, it quickly extended its lead with another impressive performance by
Daniela Voloh on court six. She downed Victories Walter, 6-0, 6-1, to make it a 2-0 lead.

After Franco's win on court five, Moulin clinched the victory for JMU by beating Anastasia Palaska on court four, 6-3, 6-3.
Natalia Nikolopoulou added another point for the Dukes on court three, dispatching Halli Trinkle, 7-6(3), 6-1.

Afanasyeva finished next, outlasting Eva Nyikos in a tight match on court one. Her 7-5, 7-6(2) victory gave the Dukes a 6-0 lead.

Roka rounded out the day with her thrilling finish, as she finished her final home match with a JMU-record 163 total victories.

The Dukes will next take the court at the CAA Women's Tennis Championship, which runs from April 22-25 at William & Mary in Williamsburg, Va. The seedings will be announced following the conclusion of next week's results.
