NEW MARKET, Va. – James Madison cross country recorded a fourth-place finish at the JMU Invitational Friday evening at New Market Battlefield.Â

The Dukes registered 83 points in their fourth-place finish as they trailed behind third-place Richmond (60 points), second-place Radford (47 points) and first-place George Washington (31 points).Â
JMU was led by sophomore
Clare Morelli with her 11
th-place time of 20:15.5. Classmate
Jessica Cantrell followed close behind in 13
th as she crossed the finish line at 20:22.7.
Rounding out the top five for the Dukes were
