JMU Athletics Announces Promotional Schedules for Remainder of Basketball Seasons

HARRISONBURG, Va. - James Madison Athletics is excited to announce its complete promotional schedule for the remaining men's and women's basketball games at the Atlantic Union Bank Center.

This winter will be filled with promotions, giveaways, entertainment and ticket discounts, beginning with the Dukes' hoops doubleheader on Sunday, Jan. 9. Follow along on social media for updates, while highlights of the schedule can be found below:

January

Sunday, Jan. 9, 1 p.m. | Women's Basketball vs. Elon AND
Sunday, Jan. 9, 4 p.m. | Men's Basketball vs. Hofstra:

Sunday Doubleheader - purchase a ticket for either game of the doubleheader and receive admission for both games.
Bring a Kid Day - one free general admission ticket will be provided with the purchase of an adult GA ticket. Click here to purchase tickets or buy on game day at the ticket office.
Kids Zone – Between games kids can enjoy the JMU School of Professional and Continuing Education Kid Zone for pregame activities, games, and fun!

Tuesday, Jan. 11, 7 p.m. | Men's Basketball vs. Northeastern:

First Responder Night - discounted tickets available for all first responders (police, EMT, firefighters), click here to purchase tickets or buy on game day at the ticket office.

Thursday, Jan. 20, 7 p.m. | Men's Basketball vs. UNCW:

Faculty and Staff Appreciation Night presented by CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union - all JMU faculty and staff members receive two complimentary tickets to the game. Tickets can be reserved at JMUSports.com/facstaff.

Saturday, Jan. 22, 4 p.m. | Men's Basketball vs. Charleston:

Duke Dog Reading Day presented by JMU School of Professional & Continuing Education – Students in Pre-K through Grade 5 have the opportunity to participate in the Duke Dog Reading Program presented by the School of Professional & Continuing Education.

Thursday, Jan. 27, 7 p.m. | Men's Basketball vs. Drexel:

Student T- Shirt Giveaway - the first 500 JMU students in attendance will receive a free JMU Men's Basketball t-shirt.

Friday, Jan. 28, 7 p.m. | Women's Basketball vs. Hofstra:

Puppy Pound Party Pregame Tailgate sponsored by Chick-fil-A - all Puppy Pound members are invited to a free Chick-fil-A tailgate before the game. Reservation information will be emailed to Puppy Pound members two weeks before the game.
Mascot Game presented by Chick-fil-A Harrisonburg - Duke Dog will join his pals from the Harrisonburg area for a friendly basketball game at halftime
Kids Zone - Kids can enjoy the JMU School of Professional and Continuing Education Kid Zone for pregame activities, games and fun!

Saturday, Jan. 29, 4 p.m. | Men's Basketball vs. Delaware:

Alumni Day – Discounted tickets for all JMU Alumni available here.

Poster Giveaway - the first 100 fans in attendance will receive a free autographed team poster
Youth Basketball Day - all local youth basketball league members are eligible to receive a discounted ticket to the game
Basketball Camper Reunion - all participants in the team's summer clinic are invited to reunite with a discounted ticket offer for the game
High School Pep Band Day - This event allows rising ninth through twelfth grade students who play standard Pep Band instruments to experience what it's like to be a member of the JMU Pep Band for a college basketball game. For more information, and to register, click here.
