HARRISONBURG, Va. – James Madison Athletics announces its full promotional schedule for the 2023-24 women's basketball season, presented by O'Neill's Grill.
The reigning Sun Belt champions will host 15 regular-season games this season at the Atlantic Union Bank Center in their second season as a member of the Sun Belt Conference.
The promotional slate kicks off on
Nov. 6 as JMU hosts cross-city foe Eastern Mennonite University to open the season. The 2022-23 women's basketball Sun Belt Conference Champions will be recognized prior to the game and fans will have the opportunity to take photos at the trophy station on the concourse. Arrive early to grab an SBC Champions koozie, available for all fans while supplies last.
Mark your calendars - calling all youth basketball teams to the Atlantic Union Bank Center for two designated Youth Basketball days on
Dec. 3 and
Jan. 6. Arrive early on
Jan. 6 to collect trading cards and be sure to stick around after the game for post-game activities.
JMU will return home on
Jan. 24 for the first-ever Sneaker Night. Early attendees will have a chance to win prizes, limited-edition sneaker items and enter a raffle for a pair of sneakers.
Two games have been designated as color-out games for JMU Nation. White out the arena as the Dukes host Wake Forest on
Dec. 3, and pack the lower bowl and black out the Atlantic Union Bank Center as they host South Alabama on
Feb. 7.
Support the Dukes as they host the annual Play4Kay game on
Feb. 15. Be sure to arrive early to grab a pink rally towel in support of breast cancer survivors.
Celebrate the class of 2024 seniors pregame on
Feb. 17. JMU is scheduled to take on Coastal Carolina for its final home game of the regular season. Students, be sure to stop by the marketing table to pick up a Spring Break tank top!
