HARRISONBURG, Va. – Fresh off its 10th straight win to open the 2023 football season, James Madison rose three spots to #18 in newest the AP Top 25 for its highest ranking in a major FBS poll.

The Dukes also remained at #21 in the US LBM Coaches Poll after a dominant 44-6 win on Saturday against UConn.

The victory was JMU's 13th in a row dating back to last season, which is the fourth-longest active win streak in the FBS. JMU is also one of just seven undefeated teams left across the country.

JMU received a total of 405 points in the AP Top 25 while earning 343 in the US LBM Coaches Poll. Both point totals are the most JMU has ever received in either poll.

#18 JMU is back home on Saturday, Nov. 18 to host App State at Bridgeforth Stadium. Kickoff is set for 2 p.m., and the game will be streamed on ESPN+. This will occur following ESPN College GameDay, live from 9 a.m. to noon from the Quad.
