HARRISONBURG, Va. – The James Madison men's and women's basketball teams are set to host doubleheaders at the Atlantic Union Bank Center this week on Thursday (Jan. 18) and Saturday (Jan. 20). Here's what patrons need to know before attending.

Thursday, Jan. 18 Timeline:
- 4 p.m. – Gates open for women's basketball game
- 5 p.m. – Women's basketball tips off against Georgia Southern
- 7 p.m. – Ticket Office re-opens
- 8 p.m. – Men's basketball tips off against ULM
Parking
- General parking can be found at the south entrance of the Ballard Parking Deck and the surrounding surface lots
- Reserved parking at north entrance
- NOTE: We will be experiencing a high volume of traffic due to Student Org Night being held at Festival. We encourage fans who utilize general parking on basketball game days to use the surface lots, located beside the Ballard Parking Deck (D3, C12, R4, C10, D2). All surface lots are available for general parking patrons.
Tickets/Entry
- One ticket will allow entry for both games
- Women's basketball ticket holders may stay to watch the men's basketball game
- Men's basketball ticket holders may come early to watch the women's basketball game
- Reserved seat ticket holders may sit in general admission when watching the opposite game
- Reserved seating sections will be cleared after the women's basketball game, then re-seated with men's basketball ticket holders
- General admission sections may stay in their seats, students do not need to clear
- Guests are NOT required to leave the building between games
- Tickets will have a 10-hour scan period
- Tickets will be loaded with two scans – guests may leave the building and re-enter one time (until halftime of the men's basketball game)
- Ticket Office sales will close shortly between games (6:30 p.m. – 7 p.m.)

Saturday, Jan. 20 Timeline:
- 1 p.m. – Gates open for women's basketball game
- 2 p.m. – Women's basketball tips off against Old Dominion
- 5 p.m. – Doors open for men's basketball game, Ticket Office re-opens
- 6 p.m. – Men's basketball tips off against Marshall
Parking
- Ballard Deck will not clear between games. Guests may park and stay or leave and return.
- General parking can be found at the south entrance of the Ballard Parking Deck and the surrounding surface lots
- Reserved parking at north entrance
Tickets/Entry
- One ticket will allow entry for both games
- Women's basketball ticket holders may stay to watch the men's basketball game
- Men's basketball ticket holders may come early to watch the women's basketball game
- Reserved seat ticket holders may sit in general admission when watching the opposite game
- Due to the forecasted low temperatures during game times, we will now allow patrons to stay inside the Atlantic Union Bank Center between the women's and men's games.
- Patrons will be asked to leave reserved areas after the women's game. We will then re-seat those areas with reserved tickets for the men's game.
- Tickets will have a seven-hour scan period
- Tickets will be loaded with two scans – guests may leave the building and re-enter one time (until halftime of the men's basketball game)
- Ticket Office sales will close shortly between games (4 p.m. – 5 p.m.)
