JMU Signs 15 Future Dukes Wednesday for National Signing Day

HARRISONBURG, Va. – James Madison Head Coach Bob Chesney announced the football program has signed 15 future student-athletes as part of National Signing Day on Wednesday, Dec. 4 for the early December signing period.
The newest class of Dukes consists of four defensive linemen, three offensive linemen, two wide receivers, two tight ends, one running back, one cornerback, one safety and one nickel.
JMU signed players from 10 different states, which included three from Florida, two each from Virginia, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts and one each from Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Texas and Idaho (played senior season in Georgia).

Led Highland to Idaho 5A state title in 2023, state runner-up in 2021 and second round of playoffs in 2022

First Team All-County as a junior and senior and Second Team as a sophomore
Played three seasons at Sunlake while spending junior season at Gaither
Helped Gaither to FHSAA 3M state semifinals as a junior
Had nearly 200 career tackles and over 60 tackles for loss with 29 sacks in his career
