HARRISONBURG, Va. – James Madison wraps up its regular-season home slate on Saturday, Nov. 22 when it hosts Washington State out of the Pac-12.
Kickoff from Bridgeforth Stadium is set for 1 p.m., and the game will stream live on ESPN+.
JMU will recognize its 31-player senior class prior to kickoff as part of Senior Day. Saturday will also be Marvel Super Hero Day, which is the first ever collaboration between a university and Marvel.
This will be the inaugural meeting between the Dukes and Cougars and JMU's first matchup against a program from the Pacific time zone.
Saturday's game is sponsored by United Bank, and the 2025 JMU football season is presented by CarMax.

James Madison has captured its first Sun Belt Conference East Division title after getting off to its first 7-0 start in conference play since moving up to the Football Bowl Subdivision.
The Dukes previously finished atop the East Division in both 2022 (6-2) and 2023 (7-1), though were ineligible to compete for the conference title due to reclassification rules from FCS to FBS.
While JMU steps out of league play this week, it will have an opportunity to cap off an unbeaten conference season on Nov. 29 at Coastal Carolina.
The Dukes have punched their ticket to the Credit Union 1 Sun Belt Football Championship Game, presented by Visit Pensacola, on Friday, Dec. 5.
RISING IN THE AP AND COACHES POLLS
A week removed from jumping into the national rankings for the first time in nearly two years,JMU rose three more spots in both polls, coming in at #21 in the AP Top 25 and #22 in the US LBM Coaches Poll.
JMU is the top-ranked Group of Six opponent in either poll, as North Texas (#22/#23) and Tulane (#24/#25)of the American Conference were also ranked.
Since joining the FBS in 2022, JMU has now been ranked in the AP Top 25 in 10 weeks, as its #21 ranking is tied for the second-highest ranking JMU has ever achieved.
WINNERS OF EIGHT STRAIGHT
JMU captured its eighth straight victory last Saturday with a dominant 58-10 win against App State.
The streak is tied for the fourth longest in the country and the most by any G6 program by three games.
The Dukes are also one of just five teams nationally to rank top 15 in both scoring offense and scoring defense, being joined by Ohio State, Indiana, Texas Tech and Oregon.
JMU NATION GOES 6-FOR-6
James Madison will host a sixth sellout this season, as Bridgeforth Stadium will be sold out in all regular-season home games for the first time since the venue's expansion in 2011.
It will be the 16th sellout over the past 18 home games, having sold out five of six during the 2023 and 2024 campaigns.
JMU hosted a season-high 25,298 fans last week in its 48-point win over App State.
The Dukes have also hosted 25,232 for Homecoming versus ODU, while bringing in 25,128 against Louisiana, 25,029 for Family Weekend with Georgia Southern and 24,965 in the opener against Weber State.
The season opener was also a season-best attendance for JMU since moving up to the FBS.
JMU is averaging 25,130 spectators per game, which is up slightly from its 2024 average.
WHAT'S NEXT FOR JMU?
JMU closes the regular season on Saturday, Nov. 29 at Coastal Carolina.
Kickoff is set for 3:45 p.m. and will be nationally televised on ESPNU.
It will be the sixth all-time meeting, with JMU leading Coastal 4-1 (3-0 in Sun Belt play).
